Hi

I have built a good number of battery packs using 18650 cells and I have two or three of those little boards and they works very well, and if you blow a little fan over them you can really abuse them, but for my main charger discharger I use an Opus it takes 4 cells at a time and can cycle the cells up to 3 times. for complete packs I tend to use an Imax.

It was my intention to build myself a power wall, I was getting battery pack from a local computer company who were being charged to dispose of them. Then someone offered to buy them but too many of the early packs were NiMh to make that viable.
