Tip speed ratio of GOE 222 blades

Royalwdg:
I'm seeing about 250 to 275 RPM.  The flyweight gov pitches the blades at just under 190 mph tip speed. The 222 start to get into their power at a tip speed of about 60mph. I hit battery voltage of 48 volts at 60mph.
