Injector topic

Here is a short video of the variable direct lift injector valve that I use on my steam engines. This is a proof of concept video. When the injector cycles at this speed it tends to blow out my mosfet array since the water cooled coil has low Impedance. I know this refers to AC but this is a DC square wave. I cant tell you how much it costed me, the switch array is bullet proof and transient voltage it rectified by diodes it looks easier that it is.

Here's anther video its incredibly boring and long. I published it on youtube so it should be ok to post it here. I see you guys making control panels and I've done that too, its at the very beginning of the video.

Here's a better look at the solidstate switching array.

This is my feed pump that supply's the injector with water.

Harold in CR:
Photo of your solid state switching array shows one wire connector very nearly ready to come disconnected. May not be important, just thought I would mention it.

Like the whole injector idea.  8)

Thanks Harold, been at work all day so I couldn't get back to you. :)

Ya I noticed that terminal after taking the picture :)
