I printed out a test core with standard PLA, and found that the black electrical tape I used to tapoe the coils
made the coil cores to large now :/
SO, I measured how much smaller I need it and where, and it was a simple fix
Subtract 1 MM from length and width and do another test print.
But, I just got a neat idea. I am researching on how to do metal inserts in prints,
Which, you can print around bolts, bearings nuts etc
Well, I think I want to cut some feet off the stators I tore down and lay down
a couple of sheets of lamination metal inside my coil cores now
To increase available captured flux
