Poll: Make User Diaries visible to all users?

Currently, the User Diaries sub-forum is visible only to Fieldlines members when they are logged in.
Do you prefer the User Diaries sub-forum this way; only visible to Fieldlines members, or would you like it to be visible to all visitors of Fieldlines?
The question came up in a discussion between some of the administrators of the site, and whether there's any benefit to keeping some discussions among the members only. If there's a strong feeling that way, we'd respect it. But I figured it would be worth asking to judge how many regular users care. I have asked the same question of the Pub sub-forum, which is also currently only visible to members when they're logged in. Maybe there's a different answer for each one - we can deal with that and open one and not the other, if that's the prevailing opinion.

It's specifically The Pub by the looks of it, there was some kind of inconsistency with permissions that was making it visible and didn't notice (mainly board and section settings). Sorry for the confusion, it's just The Pub section.
Site News and Diaries are visible.
