My copper greed kicked in just now and naturally I thought of youse folks.. .

Newark USA sent me a promotion I’ll share, for better or worse it is* cheapish.. .

105’ // 32m of 14/15 awg enamelled copper wire - yes not endless spool, perhaps a bunch of wastage if producing large coils.. .

Polyurethane insulation; description says 120C working temperature but spec sheet says 180C.. . ( http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/3170015.pdf )

Breakdown Voltage  : 7kV
Temperature Index  : 180
Cut through  : 2min ≥ 230°C
Heat Shock  : 1d, 1/2 h ≥ 200°C

No — it is not the best for large wind Jennys but for lawn art and hobby turbines etc. the price is right at $7.77 a roll.. .

(For comparisons sake an example of tougher service grade wire : https://tinyurl.com/1cyx8bsb (inverter grade wire))

Your mileage may vary, unknown when offer expires, not an endorsement, bikini volleyball team delivery unavailable.. .

Newark seemed to take offense at removing their ‘customer-haters club’ code from my emails URL... tested on two browsers but next day my product link staggered their spy code and errored out...
