George FoREman grill

The foreman grill makes it easy to cook for one person. After my divorce I only cook for myself. I throw stuff in the freezer and cook it frozen on the F-grill. May not come out as good as stuff on the grill (propane) but doesn't have to be defrosted. I eat a lot of protein and have had some muscle atrophy. So high protein is important for me. 

Also you can take something out of the freezer and have it cooked in less than 25 minutes, French fry's too, with no grease.

Don't knock it until you try it.  Paprika is supposedly Fuddruckers secret ingredient.  It is a very good enhancement to beef.

Paprika adds color and a tiny bit of flavor. It browns fast so a quick grilling will get the grill lines... places like Outback Steakhouse use it so they can pre grill mark steaks and then finish cooking to order during the day
