Farm Visit
« on: January 18, 2005, 11:30:27 PM »
I went to the windmill farm to day.  I'll start with my favorite, the Dempster.  Views of the "Sears Silverstone" wind generator are here too.

Bergey's flip furling isn't new:

Enjoy,

Wonder how much the Sears cost back when it was new....?

Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

I would love to see the expression on the clerks face if you tried to take it into your local Sears store for replacement parts as the placard on the front says.  It'd be nice to have a couple of photos of an original model to look at for the restoration.  Rich Hagen
