I resolved the problems with the bearing by mounting them on the other side of the rotor plate and then super gluing them in place. The alternator has 8 coils and 8 magnets per rotor. One rotor on each side of coil stator. I tested the alternator by hand using a 12 volt light. I posted the video on youtude. I hope to post more test data soon.
