fieldlines Scottish trip
« on: July 22, 2008, 10:45:56 PM »
Hello there fellow fieldliners,

Tomorrow the fieldlines Scotland trip will start! A small dutch blue mini will be travelling through Scotland, if you're on fieldlines and you'd like us to pass by then please post here and we'll try to visit you.

First on the list is Fungus, we'll definitely be going there (that's in Edinburgh), after that everything is wide open. We're prepared (tent, raingear, we heard it sometimes rains in Scotland), and we're low maintenance and if you need a helping hand then we'll do that too...

I'll be travelling with Jacques jr. So, all you wind / solar powered kilt wearing high landers, let us know and we'll come! Our boat arrives on thursday, and by sunday they'll kick us off the island again.

Also, if you know of any renewable energy installations that are worth seeing then let us know in this thread please...

  Jacques

Fungus;

   Bummer, wish I'd know they were coming sooner, I have well over a 100 of those nice NiCds I can't seem to clear through customs and shipping they could've hand carried for ya. That's what I get for taking a short holiday...

Maybe next time :-)

Have a great visit ALL!!

Cheers

it was a great trip, and we realized we never made pictures at Gus' just after we got back to NL. We were just so happy to be there we forgot to take pics :)

Tomorrow I'll post a story about the stuff we've seen (the RE related stuff anyway)
