Ah ok. Good you mentioned that, for a moment I thought something went wrong as you  grid-connected your genny.

Anyway, best wishes to all for the new year.

And may the magic smoke stay where it belongs...

Just think in about 50 years when goverment

will replace most of the utility poles with

windmill poles (the people will still pay for

the electricity produced but it will be illegal

for individuals to put up their own wind turbines

, except in rare cases and even then you'll have

to pay a tax for using the 'goverments wind')

and your great grandkids will refer to this year

as the good old days ....back in '08 when

Grandpa put up his own windmill....Crazy Ol Coot!

but for now

  Happy New Year

More than ever I forget that some of us are

thousands of miles apart...it looks kind of weird

when on another posting the time stamp is Tuesday

and Kurt answers on Monday ...to the One who has

brought us closer like this...

May he continue to bless us !

that is another one of scoops bugs the time stamp in stories is all messed up so it always looks like people are commenting before the story was posted.... been like that for years now....

Here are many wishes for your New Year

May the wind and Solar keep your batteries Topped off

May you be lucky and score big on your Scrounging

May the City/Association allow you to put up your Turbine

May you cheat the 1st Rule and get wind on the first day of install

Make lots of Money and get low dollars per watt on Solar Panels
