RE system monitor - Bogart engineering
« on: July 08, 2009, 12:05:40 PM »
Hello all.

Whilst looking on the net for a replacement to monitoring my wind and solar generation and power consumption I stumbled across this product, built by a company in California, The PentaMetric battery monitor.

At the moment I am using 3 'watts up' meters which isn't ideal, and some here have mentioned failures in the past particularly when used with wind turbines.

It looks like it will do what I want, has anyone here have any experience with it?

I don't want to buy one, fly it 7000 miles to the U.K. for it to be a disapointment.

Comments welcomed

Ben.
