Save Electricity (or maybe not)

Buy it now for 99c plus $5 for shipping.

A capacitor in a box with a Euro plug and two pretty LED lights on the front. The sellers name says it pretty well.
Should I report this to fleabay as a scam, or just let some n00b waste their money? If it actually removes line spikes and that was all they claimed it did I wouldn't have a problem with it.

It's a complete scam, if you read the savings it claims to make. Report it.

Done. SiliconChip bought one and took it apart.

That's all that's in it.
