I have been looking ao find a place to do just this and found a nice demo at.

It has a chat and a white board that are really well thought out. A java and nonm java version too. Just thought it might be a usefull tool to shorten some of the long descriptions and a good place to brainstorm.

I am on linux libranet and mozilla and it works fine for me. There is also a link to a non-java one that accesses the same board.
