Hi Just found this forum and it is looking like i can use some of the expert  help here
Seattle currently but off to 10 Acres in Arizona soon
have been looking at solar for a while and have a 100 watt panel plus an MPPT charge controller
which is working fine just as as a supplement to alternator on my truck
I am planning my off grid system and would like some input on my proposed choices as it will be my main power producer

4*250 watt Kyocera PV panels wired in series
Midnite Solar Classic 200 Charge controller
4*6 volt flooded batteries T105s or equal wired in series and parralel for a 24 volt system
2000-2500 watt inverter
Trimetric Battery Monitoring System
connectors and wire to suit
I will be trying to use power equipment while solar power is charging  the batteries

Hello and Welcome!
To help, we'll need to know the power equipment and type of inverter.
Some type work fairly well, some balk at MSW type inverters.

I would say you are really shy on panels and heavy on the controller.  I live for five months off grid with minimal battery and use power as it is being generated.   Multiple inverters are used instead of just running one all the time. Excess power heats water.
