« on: December 04, 2008, 08:53:22 PM »
I have been reading postings on ,this web site, for about a year now.I highly respect all posters, but this hypathetical ? is mainly directed to flux. So hypatheticaly i have a 12 " dual rotor w/12 1x2x1/2 n50 magnets air gap 1/32and set on 3/8 " plate steel.Total weight 30 lbs.By the way air gap tested on outside of rotor mainly no stator built yet, mainly checked for warp in steel resulting in 1/32 gap on outside of rotor  assume should be same or close on inside.I have made 9 coils for the stator 14 gage 2 in hand wrapped 36 turns.I want to change tne plate to 3/16 x 24 "disc w/ total magnets 36 on each rotor and 27 coil stator rotors should stay close to same weight range.Should be about 35 lbs.stator wiring will be very tight inside ring to outside.Getting study 800 rpms out of device i made to catch the wind.Do not know how to wire stator in delta would ineed 9 rectifiers and what is this jerry rig.800 rpms not under load do not know what loss maybe under load.Lost on wiring and please help on estimated power outcome THANK YOU IN ADVAANCE TO ALL INPUTTERS.

innapropriate to target questions on one user, especially "hypothetical".
