Power from "Ornamental" Windmill?

I have to charge six 12v batteries (70amp/hour) overnight in very good wind conditions. It's for an electric bike at the burning man festival. I was wondering if modifying one of these style  http://www.generationsales.com/Windmills/Windmills.html windmills is a workable option.
