I made a new kind of wind turbine.

When wind speed is high, stepper motor loads the battery.
This "SS-windturbine" has designed using by Savonius and Lenz windturbine models.
This new model is more sensible than my savonius wind turbine.

Now the wind turbine start at 1,3m/s and leds working when wind speed is about 1,8 m/s.
I made little of modifications and the "SS-windturbine" start at 1 m/s.
My goal is that leds will working about 1,4 m/s.
