Does Anyone Have a Whisper H40

I have a set of brand-new spare blades to fit a Whisper H40, but no hub, bolts, or documentation.  From online pictures of the turbine, it appears that the hub is designed to "lengthen" the blades just a bit.  

Can anyone supply me hub dimensions?  For that matter, can anyone guesstimate what it would take (in terms of an alternator) to utilize these blades well?

think I have a set of that style blades that I will be mounting on a F&P that I'm putting together.

They don't look like that.  Here's a link to a page with a picture of the complete generator.  Note how the hub appears to have some built-in "extensions".
