12 volt 24volt switching
« on: November 14, 2005, 10:16:11 AM »
hi can anyone please help

Iknow this is not really about this site but I am really desperate and I think most of you would know how to do this

I am trying to fix an electrical scooter for a friend

basically it consist of two 12 volt car batteries a switch to change from 12 volts to 24 ( to change speed) and another switch to reverse the polarity ( forward and reverse)

then it goes into a dc motor which turns the wheel

someone pulled out the wires

I know the switches, batteries and dc motor work but I cannot wire it up properly

can anyone please help me?

thanks robin

HERE You have the circuit

The setting is 24 volts and forward ( + voltage up)

Nando

I had a similar problem sending a circuit diagram with right angled lines as a gif.

I rotated the original about 2 degrees with a photo processor and then converted to gif and it worked ok.

not sure if you are using gif format.

Fixed the image Nando

yours is displayed as 692x414 pixels, & originally is 865x 518, so the compression looses the quality... I converted your image to RGB (jpg) & resized it to 450x269
