Buying Magnets and Magnet wire.

Hi,
I have bought magnets and Magnet wire (Order #14506), Thursday 30 September, 2010.
I have not received the package yet.
I have been trying to contact Forcefield via email to get the tracking number of the package, but been unsuccessful.
I'm in Australia, what is the best way to contact them.

I think they still kind of regularly read the board so you might try to send a private message through this board to user DanB.

I would not be surprised if it took a month or more for a shipment to get to Australia.

If I get time I will call their office later today and see if I can get them to respond.  It is too early right now in their timezone for me to call right now.
