Saturday evening around 7 PM I was hanging out on IRC chatting with some folks. Wolvenar [Cory] and JacquesM show up in at our place. Totally unexpected and quite a surprise!
They had decided I needed some help to push this project forward. We sat around and visited for awhile Saturday night. Earlier than I usually get going on a Sunday we were up at the tower working.
Well they were working, I was soon on the way to the local farm store to get bolts and nuts I did not have onhand.

The guys rearrange the decking

This picture might give you a hint of the problem with the tower not being exactly plumb and true. It had a twist from ground to upper sections.

Jacques tweaking some brace rods trying to get things properly aligned

Cory servicing the generator we used for the power tools.

Thats me doing what I do best, pointing out mistakes and supervising keeping the guys supplied with beverages and hardware

Low key security was on site all day.

Jacques spent the entire day up on the tower. We could not convince him to take a break.

Jacques Would not quit until the light failed at sunset. He did get a pair of legs installed to the 45 foot level and discovered an elegant method to add legs by hinging it to the lower leg with one bolt. This made it much easier than the way I had been installing them.
