I did this drawing to show the relationship between the two tanks (gas and electric) and where the down tube is positioned in relationship with the burner.  It also shows where the blower resides in relationship with the burner.  I also added one more thing to this burner that is not discussed anywhere else in any of the documents I have produced to date.  There is a small plate, just smaller than the diameter than the burner and about 1/8" thick with three 1" or 1 1/2" bolts welded to the bottom of it used as legs to keep it off the bottom of the burner.  It should last about a month of burning.  Since the burner sits right on the bottom of the stove, I found that after a day or so of burning, the residue would build on the bottom in the form of a little volcano.  This plate helps keep that to a minimum in that the heat is not wicked out of it by the stove and allows for a more complete burn.

Hope it helps.
