OK, on Friday I finished the site levelling, and ended up with a most impressive sandpile (the wheelbarrow is for scale):

Then I spent Saturday morning welding pieces of galvanised pipe onto the bottoms of the shed's posts (previously it had been bolted to a slab, but since I'm in a fairly high-wind area I'll be putting the posts into postholes full of concrete, then pouring the slab over the top). Here are the shed bits on the ground, waiting for me to dig some postholes and erect the frame next weekend:

On Saturday afternoon I headed into town to spend a few hours with my lady friend (who was in transit from Perth to Melbourne), then on Sunday morning I attended my niece's baptism. Since she's an adopted Korean baby, there ws a traditional first-birthday ceremony afterwards. Here's my sister, niece, and brother-in-law. Have you ever seen such a proud father? ;-)
