sorry zubby i havenot figured out how to post a picture .its kind of like trolling a large popgear. the size is only limited by the depth of the river. and the length can be q uite long. Was using 3/8 rope for testing . It didnot handle enough tork I had 8 sets of blades on it.and if i put to much load on alt would twist rope into. when it gets under load it also walks out in to the center ot the stream. guess its from only the bottom half  thats in the water. I added som weight to the nose of it . makes a lot more tork.But you have to keep enough buoyans to keep off the bottom.  I think that if you had a large stream and say you made it with 4ft bladesx300ft long in a 5mph stream you have a bunch of power.

  Not too much to figure...Menu is on the right

side 4th down...How to use the board... click on

....scroll down to Photos and Uploads quite easy once you get the hang of it.

      Once your pic is in...

  Labeled User Files below the comment box.

               A picture is worth a thousand words...course it uses more bytes than a thousand words of text...I think...

 Jit,

  You almost got it(pic posting)but I don't think

you read it all... the part about( Photo Size is limited to 150K bytes.

Please resize your photos before posting them,

whether they on our server or yours. 640x480.....and so on
)

  IMHO your pic is maybe an example of what they cautioned against.

                     Norm.

Nice, and incredibly full-featured, image editor:

GIMP

Resize photos, save them as JPEG. Enable the advanced options, and you can decrease the quality slider to get the desired quality size. 75% will result in mild degredation. Anything above that will increase the quality a good bit, but keep an eye on the filesize.
