Perhaps I am foolish, but your pic. won't show. Your other files are jpeg's and do show up.... clicking on water turbine brings up a page that to my untrained eye looks like ms. dos commands...  would love to see a pic. or rendering/ drawing of it... Thanks   Gary D.

well i got one picture to post.but still havent figured out how i did it. have many moreto try.this is only a test turbine. and the blades are 4in long.i only have a very small amount of water in the summer. but after irregation season is over i have a lot more to work with going to build a float to put genni on.it will rotate at about 200rpm with no load on it. but best under aload is quite a lot less working on a 40 pole genni right now that should do it.
