regulator+dump load?

What brand of regulator wite dump-load shall I buy. (Windg. 12 volt and 500W). and where can I purchase it. (internet)

A Trace/Xantrex c60 should do the job.  Then find a 50 amp 12V heating element to run with it - could be a water heater or an air heater.  I get some stuff from here: http://shop.altenergystore.com/


They've always seemed to have fair prices and good service.

 there like the sea50 just add a relay for more amps.
