Your machine looks great.  I like the shape of the blades.  Did you take photos of making the blades?

 I didn't take pictures during building ,probably should have , they are pretty rough up close:-)

I used winstuffnow's blade calculator they are 66 inch blades (11 feet total diameter) tsr 7 . I used a 2x10's from home depot & cut them to 8 inches wide & just let it "run out" near the root ( I used 6 stations)

Had a few small gusts today , at 1 point it was pushing 27 amps through the batteries at 12.9 volts.

Thanks for sharing that with us. Like in my case with a pole too close to the house, the mill will suffer from lots of eddies, but you are aware of that anyway.
