the "*" indicates my latest experiments/results that sorta close out this lil project (at last)!
one thing I did gain was a reminder that clip jumpers are untrustworthy <G> and if yer gonna use a battery for the load make sure is good, FIRST (saves lotsa wrong conclusions).
