i used 12V dc wallwort , with an open circuit voltage of 16.5V ( not very well regulated)at first they were only taking in 10mAafter a day on charge , they were taking in 50mAafter two days they were up to 300mAafter four days they were taking in 450mAduring the rejuvinating process the battery voltage dropped from 16.5 to a respectable 13.8 during charging.they have been disconnected for a day now and the voltage is 12.25just thought i would pass this on..http://www.fieldlines.com/story/2006/9/13/172752/413
I found some PowerSafe 6vj9 this summer and have been trying to bring them back. Mostly they stay on the SunGuard and are brought up to PWM everyday but I do try and exercise them every once in awhile.
If, after charging for four days, and then a rest period, and the open circuit voltage is only 12.25V, there's not much there. Should be 12.7-12.9V.
