Hello everyone, I have my windturbine finished and up on a very short test pole. The alternator is a duel rotor 12 magnets per rotor 2*1*1/2 neo and 9 coils 2 in hand 17 swg 42 turns cut in in star for 12 volts charging should be about 150 rpm but I might change it delta, I have access to all 6 wires. And yes that is a pico type turbine thingy in the background, I made an alt for it but it was rubbish and only produced about 2 volts, so I will make another with better mags for it when I have a bit of sparish cash. It spins in a 2 mph draft and finger test on the spindle is pretty good I really have to sqeeze it quite hard.
