I found this desulfator circuit in a link on this thread:

i live in new zealand and im currently sourcing parts.


Transistors:

Q1 IRFZ44V - RS # 2509055009

Q2 2N2907  - Jaycar # ZT2322


Capacitors:

C1 100uF 25V Low ESR - Jaycar # RE6322

C2 47pF (0.047uF) Ceramic - Jaycar # RC5320

C3 4.7pF (0.0047uF) Ceramic - Jaycar # RC5308     

C4 100uF 25V Low ESR - Jaycar # RE6322

C5 10pF (0.01uF) Ceramic - Jaycar # RC5312


Diodes:

D1 1N4744

D2 FR602

D3 1N4148

D4 1N4148


IC's:

NE555 - Jaycar # ZL3555


Inductors:

L1 1000uH

L2 200uH


Resistors:

R1 100Ω

R2 15KΩ

R3 100Ω

R4 270KΩ

R5 15KΩ

That looks like a good circuit I've never built this one but will do so . The  circuit linked below can be scaled to a small amorphus solar setup and works well to clean them up and put a good charge on them .

  The circuit your building samples the battery voltage hits the coils at what appears to be highfrequency with good potential you'll need solid connections , and a scope would be good .


 Jerry's circuit uses the 555 at a 1 second rate and dumps a large cap . The battery impeadance is easy to watch .
