Grid down today.
« on: January 07, 2008, 12:58:32 AM »
Hehe, Actually had to run the generator an hour or so today due to lack of sun but we still got lights, refrigerator, internet, and satellite TV.

This is nothing like they get at Dan's but it was wet and heavy enough to break a bunch of tree branches. I had to chainsaw some out of my neighbors yard before running the snowblower full tilt for an hour or so.

This location is actually at my appliance shop, which is 500 feet higher and 12 miles north of my home. Still glad to not be sleeping in a shelter tonight!
