The plan is to have a total of three small single phase permanent magnet alternators. The reason is because of the fabrication technique used. I am using a 6"to 4" pvc converter as a housing. Future photos will illustrate. I cut off a 1/4 inch of the 6inch converter to use as a mold on a gannet tile. I applied Vaseline to the mold and tile to prevent the resin from adhering or running out of the mold. Two more to go.
