Does some one out there have better pictures or clearer plans for carving blades for the 10' turbine?

                 Thanks Brian

Did you try the "FAQ" section, here, upper right. Decent pictures under blades 101. Hugh Pigott has good description in his book.

yep or Dan's new book "Homebrew Wind Power" has all the info you could ever want on there 10 ft machine. i highly recommend getting it and reading it before you do anything. then apply what you want and change what you want but the book will really shed new light on the turbine and how it works and how to build it.

Although the book has a lot of great information, the pictures are reduced and in B&W.  I used a combination of the book and the 10' instructions on this website.  I just finished my blades.  I understand why he is looking for better pictures.  In my opinion, you can never get enough pcitures.

I don't know if this helps, but try this

http://www.mindchallenger.com/wind/wgpage15.html

I used a chainsaw to carve the profile using Oztule's method.  The blades worked great until the tail hit them.  I am making another pair now using pine.  You can see them getting laminated here

My experience pales compared to most here, but having just done it, and now doing it again I might be able to help.
