Things to do while you're waiting for the wind

   Another update on pedal power....for those

really interested in exercising and making

electricity to boot....I decided to join the

Green Virtual Gym, much to my surprise David

Butcher had just been kicking the idea around

and by applying for membership I've inspired him

....I'm really enthused about this also !

Really cool Norm.


David Butcher has the most ped gen videos everywhere.  He has done good work at educating people about it.  

I like the lazy chair pedaling by far the best myself while watching small TV.

Interesting website.

CmeBREW, If you've been by the green virtual gym

lately you'll notice that I've worked up 600 watt

hrs. and that I've almost completed my new machine.

  Those 600 watt hrs was 1/3 handpower....both

handpower and footpower is by sitting in a chair.

 Those bike seats kill me....even the real wide

ones.

 I'll show you a pic of the new machine in a

couple of days.
