How tall is the tower? Your method of raising looks a bit hair raising to me should be ok as long as not too many start slacking
It is 12m high and the raising went very smoothly. Lots of people to pusch and pull. I actually wanted to do it a little bit different but it was up before we knew.
The raising itself took about 1 minute.
