The symbols on the beams look chinese - Bet there are 7 or 8 more just like it nearby

I suspect that this is one of the generators for the Three Gorges Dam project on the Yangtze River,  if so they are 700 MW, and there will be 26 of them!!!

The crane is installing the rotor, and one can see the numbers of poles, I estimate at least 300 + megawatts, may be as high as 1000 megawatts.


It may be the new largest DAM in China -- but my Chinese is limited to one word and I can not write in English.
