but the ampear is too low about 0.7 to 0.8 A

please suggest any solution

Uh, not sure how we can emphasize the need to provide as many details as possible when asking a question like this! We know it is an 8 foot machine but not one other bit of info is included. Reectioned to Newbies. Hidden later since he posted a diary with more info and one thread to follow is best.

the wire sie is #14 gauge and 70 turns

turbine runs fast

when i disconnect from battery the voltage rises fast

but the battery chaging rate is too low

More details is better

all you said is that you built a machine that's not working and you need help. Without any information Nobody can help you.

What plans did you use ?

What size/type magnets are there ?

How big are the coils ?

How wide is the airgap ?

How fast is it spinning ?

How are you making the measurements ?

Can you post a picture ?

the more details you can provide, the better the help you can get.

The low amperage may be simply because you are trying to charge a fully charged battery, or it may be that for some reason the alternator voltage never rises far enough for the conditions under which you are testing.  Also, saying it spins fast means nothing.  You need to know the exact rpm under test.  You say it stops when shorted.  That's good, but again provides no information.  One thing you could do would be to replace the battery by a small (high wattage resistor) say 1 to 5 ohms, something that keeps the mill turning and then measure the current.  It'd be a rough indicator of whether you have some wiring problem.
