I've decided to post this here. I've been trying to post it in the Controls section but it seems to be deleted everytime.
I'm playing with the idea to build a small grid-tie inverter. To add to my knowledge I've decided to take apart one of my Microsine inverters to see how they did it.
What I need is some help identifying one of the surface mount transistors (I believe...maybe a Mosfet). It's marked 1C9I.
I've posted all my work in my files section for people to see. I will contimue to share my findings. I'm presently drawing out a schematic for the DC input section.
