TomW will probably lock this out, as you should have put it in the original posting. It won't work. You are talking overunity, which doesn't happen. All pumps, turbines, motors operate at less than 100% efficiency. That means you will lose some of the energy at each step as you move the water to a higher level and run it back down through a turbine. Forget it. Buy batteries.
