Can any one tell me if I can use a Savonius rotor for the low rpm disk alternator.
(9 coils- 12 magnets per disk. #14 wire 67 turns.)

Try reposting with full disclosure. Physical sizes specifically the magnets, grade, etc.
Did you try google searching the board? This low speed VAWT type turbine question has been asked repeatedly in recent weeks.
