Weatherizing
« on: February 27, 2008, 06:32:35 PM »
I'm having trouble finding the casting resin or epoxy's in my area. Ordering them online carries a costly price tag. I was wondering if there was any weatherizing alternatives other than resin or epoxy.

Secondly. I hate to sound tight, but magnets are costly too. I did see the post about speaker magnets for usage but i'm finding them pretty weak compared to the one rare earth magnet I do have. Is it recommended to use N42 magnets, and are N50 magnets neccessary? My ultimate goal is to generate 24v of electricity. Does anyone have any spare magnets they are willing to part with or sell? Please let me know and Thank you. I will greatly appreciate any and all information provided.
