Pepa, Looking at your wiring photo, you have only 1 leg in each slot. This will give you half the coils that the picture in the file from toms has ( if that is the diagram above)
If you look closely at the inset (inside the magnified circle bottom left) you will notice that each slot has two (2) coil legs per slot. I think you have only 1 coil leg per slot.
Peter was pointing this out, as well as the fact that the second phase needs to be reversed ( i think this is what he was getting at anyway). The leg spaces (which should have been used by the next coil)could have been used by a further three phases to make a 6 phase winding. You seem to have spaced the coils out to every second position and left the intervening one out.
For 36 slots with a three slot coil width you should have 36 coils (12x3slots per phase if you use toms diagram as a sample), you appear to be ending up with 18 coils(6x3 slots per phase)which is half the coil count you are trying to emulate....... did I mess this up, or does it make some kind of sense??
It will still work, but not as well as a filled three phase I would suspect. It is really half of a 6 phase design.(the other missing 18 coils would make either the other half of a 3 phase design, or the second three phases of a 6 phase design.
I'd better stop now and wait for help from Peter, I think I might be complicating this instead of simplifying it..
May have been good to do a single wire test scheme and test your winding combinations and see which was best for that stator.
