Here in the UK I live within a mile of a large fuel storage and distribution centre. Last night we went out to a Christmas dinner and dance, getting to bed at about 03:00.
At 06:03 we were shaken by a massive explosion. Millions of gallons of petrol (gas) and aviation fuel exploded. I was trying to work out how many years I could heat the house/run my car on the fuel forming a column of smoke which looks like a volcano.
Ho hum... I'll keep trying to get the kids to turn the lights off!
