rules of the board? what did I do wrong?
« on: February 28, 2006, 12:57:34 AM »
Is there any definitive rulesheet for this board -- specifically of what gets deleted and what doesn't?

I ask this because I had another post disappear on me.  Now, I've had a few go where (1) I was just plain wrong, (2) my idea "might" have been related to "overunity" BS (though I think I know enough physics to know what will, might, and won't work), or (3) I mentioned the words "hydrogen" or "propane" fumigation in reference to an article that I read that was linked from this site.

But this last one was a question about a lead acid battery, and what additional steps I could take beyond the ones I've searched for and found on this board (I made sure I listed what I found and attempted, for completeness and so I wouldn't get the dreaded "use the search engine message").  This board talks about batteries a lot, and I made sure my post was in the "storage" section.  I was polite, and provided (I think) enough information to make some sense and have some decent feedback/discussion.

Heck, I've even bought stuff from our hosts!

So, can somebody tell me what I did wrong?
