it is in my user files under WHC-3 (couldn't resist it 'cause it may be more than it appears to be at first glance)
besides its obvious height and overall size it looks (when ya blow up the image and look closely) like those "wings" may be an attempt at airfoil shapes (lift&drag ? )
thought it might get the 'ol wheels spinnin' 'round for ya..it did for me
