I agree that our FAQs need to be filled up. It's mostly a matter of us not having the time to do it--the board is only a small fraction of what we have to do to keep the business running.

SO -- if anyone would like to submit an FAQ, we'd be glad to review it and consider putting it up. That would save us a bunch of time! The format we'd like to stick with is a brief, 1 or 2 paragraph statement about the issue, with both internal and external links at the end.
