Rarely do I want to plug a company, but this is unusual
This my second order from fiberglasssite.com, located in Maryland, and I have been happy with their glass. So I ordered an epoxy resin kit (with hardner) . When I received it (next day since I am close in VA) , I had 2 containers, the 1 gallon of resin and another .6 gallon of resin. (ok resin is useless without hardner). So I called the company and they had accidentally shipped me more resin because it is the same container as their hardner... someone goofed.
So they shipped me the hardner I didn't get with my gallon, and here is the good part, they shipped me enough addtional hardner in a seperate container for the resin the sent by accident. This is true epoxy with 3:1 mix , not polyester, so not a small amount of hardner.
It is rare that you a see a company behave this way.. just my two cents and a plug
I have no affiliation with this company... FYI, the resin woked great and remind me of West.
