uploading a diagram

I would like to post a diagram that was done on mspaint.

I have tried to post these before and they didn't come

out very plain. can anyone tell me what to do?

first use paint to save the image as a .gif. .bmp's are to big of files for what they show. then use a photo editing software to resize the pics to at least 640 pixels wide or less. then upload them to your photo uploads. click submit posting. use the little insert image gizzy on the right ----> to insert your pictures were you want them. that insert image thing looks like this.



click preview to make sure everything looks the way you want it then click post

Use larger line sizes or upload a couple diagrams showing consecutive steps.

My understanding... Paint compresses images so they are usable but still small enought to up & down load.  Most guys don't want pretty, they just want readable.


$20,000 in worth of imaging software and I still use paint.

My wife gets it free because she teaches "image stuff" at the university.  :)

I can't make much of it work.  :(
